Terms and Conditions – Refer a Friend Programme

1. Eligibility: The Refer a Friend Programme (“the Programme”) is open to all individuals who have previously booked a holiday with Aspen Travel and have a valid email address.
2. Referral Process: To participate in the Programme, the referrer must share their unique referral link or provide their friend’s name and email address to Aspen Travel prior to their friend booking a holiday. The referred friend must not have booked a holiday with Aspen Travel in the past.
3. Reward: Upon the referred friend completing a booking with Aspen Travel, the referrer will receive a voucher code via email for £100 off their next holiday booking with Aspen Travel. This voucher code is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
4. Multiple Referrals: Referrers may refer multiple friends to Aspen Travel and receive a reward for each successful booking made by the referred friend.
5. Non-Transferable: Rewards received through the Programme are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
6. Validity: The Programme is valid for bookings made after the launch date of 19th April 2023. Any bookings made before this date are not eligible for the Programme.
7. Cancellation: If the referred friend cancels their booking with Aspen Travel, the referrer will not receive a reward.
8. Changes: Aspen Travel reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel the Programme at any time without prior notice.
9. Governing Law: The Programme is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
