Itinerary

Days 1-3: Fly to Rio de Janeiro

Fly to Rio de Janiero direct with British Airways. Stay 3 nights at the Windsor Hotel (superior room) on Copacabana beach. Take a city tour for magnificent views over the citys bays and mountains. (B)

Days 4-5: Fly to Iguau

Fly to Iguau and explore the magnificent falls from the Brazilian and Argentinian sides.
Stay 2 nights at Belmond Das Cataratas, the only hotel within the Brazilian national park. (B)

Day 6-8: Fly to Manaus Amazon river cruise

Fly to Manaus and board the Amazon Clipper
Premium for 3 nights. Navigate upstream to
experience the sights, sounds and smells of the
rainforest. Alternatively, stay in a jungle lodge for
3 nights. (B, L, D)

Days 9-10: Fly to Salvador

Fly to Salvador and stay the beautiful Villa Bahia
for 2 nights. Tour the historic city and discover its
African-influenced culture. (B)

Days 11-13: Brazilian coast

Relax for 3 nights at a resort on one of the magnificent wide sandy beaches that stretch along the north-east coast. Highly recommended is the Nannai Resort & Spa (De luxe ocean view room; upgrades to a Super luxury bungalow available for a supplement) – near Porto de Galinhas, which can be reached by a flight to Recife and a road transfer. Days 14-15: Fly home via Rio / So Paulo (N)

Transfer to the airport. Fly via Rio or So Paulo to London, arriving the next day. (B) (N)
