Itinerary

Day 1: UK – Bari

Fly to Bari and transfer to your hotel near Ostuni. Get to know your fellow travellers over a drink before enjoying dinner together.

Day 2: Ostuni – Cisternino

Visit Ostuni, a picturesque town with whitewashed houses and a Gothic cathedral. Explore the local olive oil producer and sample the oil. Later, visit Cisternino with its charming Old Town and scenic viewpoints.

Day 3: Locorotondo & Masseria Lunch

Tour Locorotondo, a lovely hilltop town. Then, enjoy a delicious lunch at the Masseria Torre Coccaro, a beautiful 5-star estate surrounded by stunning countryside.

Day 4: Matera

Discover Matera, famous for its Sassi stone houses carved into rock. Take a walking tour through the ancient cave dwellings, learning about their history and significance.

Day 5: Alberobello & Martina Franca

Explore the Valley of Itria, home to the iconic Trulli houses. Visit Alberobello, Locorotondo, and Martina Franca, a medieval town filled with palaces and churches. In the evening, enjoy an al fresco dinner at Masseria Madonna dell’Arco, where you’ll also experience a mozzarella-making demonstration.

Day 6: Ostuni – at Leisure

Spend the day at leisure or join an optional excursion to the coastal town of Monopoli, with its medieval center, Baroque cathedral, and beautiful promenade.

Day 7: Ostuni – at Leisure

Today, explore at your own pace or join an optional tour to Lecce. See the Roman amphitheatre and admire the town’s impressive Baroque architecture, particularly the Church of Santa Croce. In the evening, enjoy a farewell get-together with your fellow travellers.

Day 8: Bari – UK

Transfer to the airport for your flight back to the UK.
