Itinerary

Day 1: Fly to Cairo

Fly to Cairo and transfer to the Four Seasons at the First Residence for 2 nights. (N)

Day 2: Cairo

Full-day tour of the Egyptian Museum, citadel and bazaar. (B)

Day 3: Fly to Luxor

Transfer to Cairo airport for an early morning flight to Luxor. On arrival, transfer to the MS Mvenpick Royal Lily for a 4-night cruise. Afternoon visit to the East Bank to see the temples of Luxor and Karnak. (B, L, D)

Day 4: Luxor

Morning visit to the Valley of the Kings and Queens, and the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut on the West Bank, before sailing to Edfu via Esna lock. (B, L, D)

Day 5: Edfu Kom Ombo

Morning visit to the Temple of Horus. Afternoon cruise to Kom Ombo and visit the Temple of Sobek and Haroeris, then cruise to Aswan. (B, L, D)

Day 6: Aswan

Morning visits to the Aswan High Dam, the Unfinished Obelisk and the Temple of Philae. Afternoon felucca trip on the Nile. (B, L, D)

Day 7: Fly to Abu Simbel

Transfer to Aswan airport for the short flight to Abu Simbel. On arrival, board MS Prince Abbas for a 3-night cruise on Lake Nasser. In the afternoon, visit the impressive Abu Simbel temple complex, and return in the evening for a sound and light show. (B, L, D)

Day 8: Qasr Ibrim

Sail to Qasr Ibrim. Visit the Temple of Amada, an 18th-dynasty temple, the rock-cut Temple of Derr and the Tomb of Penout. (B, L, D)

Day 9: Wadi El Sebua

Morning visit to the Temple of Wadi El Sebua. Afternoon cruise to Aswan. (B, L, D)

Day 10: Aswan Fly to Cairo Giza

Disembark in the morning, visit the Temples of Kalabsha and transfer to the airport for a flight to Cairo. On arrival, transfer to the InterContinental Citystars hotel for 1 night. Tour of Giza to see the Pyramids and Sphinx. (B)

Day 11: Fly to London

Early morning transfer to Cairo airport and fly home. (B)
