Overview
Four’s the magic number at the Riu Dubai, when it rolled out the red carpet in winter 2020 – it has a quartet of restaurants and bars.
You’ll find this place on the Deira Islands, a quiet manmade area on the outskirts of Dubai’s city centre. You won’t be far from the action, though – a souk and a bustling spice market will be 20 minutes’ drive away.
Facilities-wise, this place goes all out. Three pools, including a couple with swim-up bars, four eateries and a swish kids’ club are the tip of the iceberg.

A limited number of these rooms are available on special offer, on a first come first served basis.This double room comes with a balcony or terrace. You’ll have a shower and washbasin in the bathroom quarter. The room is fitted with an air-conditioning unit and ceiling fan, a TV, a minibar*, a King-size bed or 2 double beds, plus 1 sofa-bed in the bedroom. There’s also a safety deposit box and Wi-Fi access, too.

Facilities
There’s lots to get your hands on as this place opened in winter 2020. Three pools – two with swim-up bars – two kids’ pools and a splash park set the scene. Meal-wise, you can help yourself to international, Italian, Asian and Lebanese buffets. There’s plenty for little ones to enjoy, too – they have their own pair of pools and a kids’ club to get stuck in to.
You can soak in three pools, two of which are fitted with swim-up bars. Youngsters have their own pair of pint-sized pools to kick back in, too.You’ll have free rein of the hotel’s splash park, which lines up a handful of tall slides and a kids’ area with sprinklers and fountains.

There’s a trio of pools to choose from, including two with swim-up bars. There are plenty of parasols and sunloungers dotted around, too, and all three of them are just steps away from the beach.

Onsite waterpark | Splash Water World
Splash Water World is a waterpark with a handful of slides. There’s a minimum height of 1.20m to use the waterslides. Please note, that this facility is closing for scheduled maintenance work, every Sunday.
Food & Drink
Four restaurants are on hand for when hunger strikes. There’s an international buffet place, which hosts themed nights twice a week. Plus, three restaurants tick off Asian, Italian and Lebanese buffets.You have six bars to choose from, as well, including a lounge with a stage and a lobby bar with a terrace.

This place is the main restaurant and caters for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You’ll find starters and desserts at lunch and dinner and there are two themed nights a week.
