Join us from our tour base in Davos as we take two of its most iconic ‘express’ journeys. Board the Bernina Express to climb the vertiginous 2,253m Bernina Pass and descend the incredible 110m-long spiral viaduct at Brusio. Then marvel at the astonishing Alpine views from the gratifyingly slow-paced Glacier Express, and swap rails for water as we cruise scenic Lake Constance.

Day 1: UK – Zürich – Davos

Location: Zürich → Davos

Day 2: Discover Davos

Enjoy a guided walking tour of Davos, Europe’s highest city. In summer, benefit from free or discounted access to gondolas, cable cars, and trains for stunning mountain views and trails. The afternoon is free to explore at leisure.

Day 3: Bernina Express to Tirano

Location: Davos → Bernina Express → Tirano

Experience one of Switzerland’s most scenic rail journeys on the Bernina Express. Ascend to 2,253m into the glaciated Alps, pass through 55 tunnels and over 196 bridges. Arrive in Tirano for time to explore before returning by coach to Davos.

Day 4: Leisure Day in Davos

A full day at leisure to explore Davos and the surrounding Alpine beauty. Use your pass for discounted access to cable cars (Jakobshorn, Parsenn, Rinerhorn) or discover the peaceful side valleys of Sertig, Dischma, or Flüela.

Day 5: Glacier Express to Andermatt

Location: Davos → Andermatt (via Glacier Express)

Board the world-famous Glacier Express for a spectacular ride through Alpine terrain. Travel from the Rhine Gorge to the 2,033m Oberalp Pass, through 91 tunnels and over 291 bridges, arriving in the traditional Swiss resort of Andermatt.

Day 6: Lake Constance, Vaduz & Lindau

Location: Vaduz → Lake Constance → Lindau (Germany)

Start with a stop in Vaduz, Liechtenstein’s capital, for Rhine Valley and castle views. Cross into Germany to visit the charming lakeside town of Lindau. Enjoy a scenic cruise across Lake Constance before returning to Davos.

Day 7: Leisure Day in Davos
