There is also the organic La Colti farmhouse restaurant, available for dinner in the countryside of Cannigione village, offering an ever changing seasonal menu using ingredients gathered from the family run farm. They also offer wine and cheese tastings at the resort and cooking classes at La Colti Farmhouse, both experiences are available with a supplement.
