Havila Voyage South Itinerary

Day 1 – Departure from Kirkenes

Ports: Kirkenes, Vardø, Båtsfjord and Berlevåg

Your southbound Norwegian coastal adventure begins in Kirkenes, close to the Russian border in Norway’s far north. Settle aboard and begin your journey through the dramatic landscapes and remote communities of the Arctic coast.

Day 2 – Southbound from the Top of Europe

Ports: Mehamn, Kjøllefjord, Honningsvåg, Havøysund, Hammerfest, Øksfjord, Skjervøy and Tromsø

Continue south through the spectacular landscapes of Northern Norway. Visit remote Arctic communities and sail via Honningsvåg, the gateway to the famous North Cape, before continuing towards Hammerfest and Tromsø.

Day 3 – Lofoten and Vesterålen Highlights

Ports: Finnsnes, Harstad, Risøyhamn, Sortland, Stokmarknes, Svolvær and Stamsund

Experience one of the great highlights of the voyage as you sail through Vesterålen and the beautiful Lofoten Islands. Dramatic mountains, sheltered fishing villages and spectacular coastal scenery make this an unforgettable day at sea.

Day 4 – Helgeland Coast and Troll Legends

Ports: Bodø, Ørnes, Nesna, Sandnessjøen, Brønnøysund and Rørvik

Cross the Arctic Circle and continue along the Helgeland Coast, an area renowned for its islands, mountains and legends. Look out for distinctive landmarks including the famous Torghatten mountain as you travel south.

Day 5 – From Cathedral City to Bacalao Capital

Ports: Trondheim, Kristiansund and Molde

Arrive in historic Trondheim, one of Norway’s most fascinating cities and home to the impressive Nidaros Cathedral. Later, continue along the coast towards Kristiansund and Molde.

Day 6 – Final Arrival in Bergen

Ports: Ålesund, Torvik, Måløy, Florø and Bergen

Enjoy your final day sailing through Western Norway, calling at picturesque coastal communities including Ålesund and Florø before arriving in beautiful Bergen, where your Havila coastal voyage comes to an end.
