Day 1: Fly to Delhi

Day 2: New Delhi
Transfer to the LaLit for 2 nights. This afternoon,
visit Humayuns tomb and take an evening stroll
in the Mughal gardens of the Sunder Nursery. (N)
Day 3: Old Delhi
Tour Old Delhi by rickshaw. Stop for lunch in
Connaught Place before heading to the centre
of Lutyens Delhi to see the Presidents Palace
and India Gate. Visit the medieval Haus Khas
district for dinner with its array of restaurants
and quirky shops. (B)
Day 4: Fly to Varanasi
Morning flight to Varanasi. Stay at the Taj
Ganges for 1 night. Afternoon walking tour of
the northern bazaars and hidden alleys. This
evening, witness the Ganga aarti ceremony
from a boat on the Ganges. (B)
Day 5: Khajuraho
Fly to Khajuraho for 2 nights at the Radisson.
Explore Khajurahos majestic temples with
their exquisite carvings. (B)
Day 6: Khajuraho
Full-day tour to Panna National Park, which
has a growing tiger population. The park is also
home to leopards, sloth bears and nilgais. (B)
Day 7: Orchha Agra
Travel by road to Orchha, visiting its beautiful
palaces and shrines, before taking the
Gatimaan Express from Jhansi to Agra for a
2-night stay at the Trident Agra. (B)
Day 8: Agra
Early visit to the Taj Mahal for sunrise. After
breakfast, visit Agra Fort and the tomb
of Itmad-ud-Daulah. Lunch at a rooftop
restaurant overlooking the Taj Mahal.

Day 9: Jaipur
Drive to Jaipur and stay at the Trident Jaipur for 2 nights. En route, visit Fatehpur Sikri to
marvel at the ancient citadel. (B)
Day 10: Jaipur
Morning tour of Amber Fort. Afternoon visit
to City Palace and Jantar Mantar observatory.
Evening walk through the local bazaars to enjoy
the culinary delights with a local expert. (B)
Day 11: Jodhpur Rohet
Full-day drive to Rohet, via Jodhpur. Enjoy
lunch at a rooftop restaurant overlooking the
fort before a walk in Sadar Bazaar. Visit the
magnificent Mehrangarh Fort. Continue to
Rohet and stay at Rohet Garh for 2 nights. (B, D)
Day 12: Bishnoi tribal villages
Morning at leisure. After lunch, take a 4×4
safari to visit the Bishnoi tribal villages. (B, D)
Day 13: Ranakpur Udaipur
Drive to the lake city of Udaipur, visiting the
exquisite Jain temples at Ranakpur en route.
Arrive at the Trident Udaipur for a 2-night stay.
